Watervliet is located in Berrien County, Michigan and is both a city and township. The town covers a little over 1 square mile. Watervliet is the Dutch for “where the water meets”. The rural farming community has seen an increase in business growth over the
last several years. The downtown area has an old-fashioned Main Street with antique stores and gift shops. Watervliet has a large variety of properties. There are million dollar waterfront homes on Paw Paw Lake, starter homes mixed in with high end homes. There are farms and orchards in the area.
